Garbage and sewage are not household services

Garbage collection and sewage disposal by the municipality do not meet the requirements of a household service.

Costs for garbage collection and wastewater disposal have always not been recognized by the tax office as household-related services. This has now been confirmed by the Münster Fiscal Court, because the services provided by the municipality are not primarily carried out in the taxpayer's household, even if they start there.
