Deadline for final settlement of coronavirus aid extended

The deadline for submitting the final accounts for the coronavirus aid has been extended by two months to August 31, 2023.

The deadline for submitting the final accounts for the coronavirus aid would actually have expired on June 30, 2023. However, as the Ministry of Economic Affairs is currently experiencing an increased number of applications for an extension of the deadline, the decision was made at short notice to extend the deadline to August 31, 2023. The final accounts for the coronavirus economic aid can now be submitted by the auditing third parties by this date or, in individual cases, an application can be made for a further extension of the deadline until December 31, 2023 at the latest.
