WSB International Tax GmbH in Heidelberg advises medium-sized companies and international groups in so-called inbound and outbound cases, i.e. business relationships that come to Germany from abroad (e.g. company establishment in Germany by foreign shareholders), as well as the business activities of domestic entrepreneurs in other European and non-European countries. We are familiar with the tax opportunities and risks of cross-border situations and work closely with our foreign colleagues in the individual countries on behalf of our clients. Our membership of GGI as an alliance of independent partner companies in the field of "Tax / Legal / Accounting" ensures the worldwide availability of international colleagues.

Within the framework of WSB International Tax GmbH, we are not only active in an accompanying or advisory capacity in cross-border actions, but also provide advice in an international context for internationally existing groups of companies and group structures. This includes, for example, the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and guidelines (transfer pricing studies), the continuous monitoring of growing and changing corporate structures and the associated ongoing adaptation of transfer pricing documentation.

We also assist internationally active companies with group reporting from units based in Germany to the parent company. If available, the reporting scheme is adopted by the client or developed in cooperation with the client. We report according to HGB (local GAAP) as well as IAS, US-GAAP or other recognized or required standards.

In cooperation with WSB Treuhand GmbH or external auditing companies, we also accompany local annual audits of group companies.
