Extension of deadline for final settlement for coronavirus aid

Instead of only until the end of 2022, the deadline for the final settlement for the various coronavirus aid measures is to run until June 30, 2023 and can be extended further if necessary.

Once the actual sales figures are available, all applicants for coronavirus economic aid are obliged to submit a final statement via an auditing third party. Previously, the final statement was due by December 31, 2022 at the latest. However, this deadline has now been extended to June 30, 2023. In addition, it should also be possible to apply for an extension of the deadline until December 31, 2023 in individual cases. The extended submission deadlines apply to both Package 1 (Bridging Aid I-III and November and December Aid) and Package 2 (Bridging Aid III Plus and IV).
