Equity measures for flood zones extended

The Federal Ministry of Finance has extended the sales tax equity measures for aid to flood victims from the summer to the end of 2021.

Those affected are still suffering from the consequences of the floods in the summer. The Federal Ministry of Finance has therefore extended until December 31, 2021 the special tax regulations and equity measures for sales tax announced at that time, insofar as they were previously limited until October 31, 2021. This applies both to the granting of donations in kind and to the provision of business assets or personnel for the purpose of eliminating the consequences of the floods.
