After an intensive and instructive period, our two Mannheim trainees Leticia Buss and Jasmin Merdes successfully completed their training as a tax clerk and office management assistant in the summer. We are very pleased about their successful graduation and are proud that we were able to accompany them on their way and, of course, that they will remain an integral part of our WSB team. 😊

From apprentice to professional

Not only technical skills for the respective professions, but also gaining valuable experience in a team are important for the big step from trainee to permanent specialist. Jasmin says: "My apprenticeship was a great time. Going from school to working life with purely technical learning is huge. It also helped me make incredible personal progress."
And Leticia adds, visibly happy about her completed training: "I am also particularly grateful for the support from our colleagues and trainers. Everyone has supported us so that we are always up to date."

Strong prospects for the future

 Promoting young talent is a central component of our corporate culture. Investing in their future is also a commitment to the future of our WSB. Michaela Besthorn, partner and tax consultant at the Mannheim office, emphasizes: "It is always impressive to observe the development of our trainees. They start out as apprentices and grow into committed specialists over time. Their curiosity, willingness to learn and team spirit are a great strength for us."

And the two successful graduations naturally had to be celebrated. 😊 A small drink at the WSB site in Mannheim rounded off the celebration of their achievements.
