The "Mannheim Forum" is one of Germany's largest and most important student congresses for knowledge transfer, networking and recruiting. On the one hand, it is a forum for interdisciplinary exchange on current topics in society, politics and business, and on the other, an important opportunity to take the next step in your career. WSB was also there at the beginning of March and presented itself as one of the leading law firms in the Rhine-Neckar region with its stand at the business fair.

Effective and prominently placed, WSB aroused the interest of many students and was able to inspire them in numerous discussions about the areas of tax and auditing. The "Career Talks" followed the next day. Limited in number, WSB held comprehensive discussions with pre-selected candidates about the respective development opportunities, both personally and professionally at WSB.

Jürgen Wolf and Marius Laskowskiboth tax consultants and auditors as well as partners at WSB in Mannheim, were at MAFO on Friday and Saturday. "The feedback from our talks was consistently positive," says Jürgen Wolf, adding: "Our personal careers and experiences show the young professionals what career opportunities there are at WSB. MAFO is a platform for students with above-average commitment and determination, which has been confirmed to us once again." 

The theme of this year's 12th Mannheim Forum was "Turning point - leadership in an age of upheaval." Finding time and space for topics of the future that would otherwise not open up, brainstorming and exchanging ideas together - from March 7 to 9, the more than 500 participants were once again offered a wide range of opportunities for this.
