An exciting first employee symposium is behind us! At the end of January, the time had finally come: our 150 or so WSB employees came together with an eye on the future.

Identifying and naming challenges at an early stage, presenting solutions and setting the course for them - skills that characterize WSB. "Whether technical progress or demographic change - these are just two of the many challenges that we face in our daily work," says Jochen Hummel, partner and tax consultant at WSB in Heidelberg.

Thinking and shaping the future together. Under the title "WSB.THINKfuture", space and time were created to present defined benchmarks and goals and to exchange ideas. Not just visions, but implementation. "The introduction of many technical innovations, but also unconventional working time models such as the 4-day week or daddy time-out, make us a modern pioneer in many respects", formulates Sabrina Krennrich-Böhm, partner and tax consultant at WSB in Heidelberg-Bahnstadt, adds: "Being at the cutting edge also means being one step ahead of the times - for our clients and employees."

Workshops on process optimization and knowledge sharing rounded off the impressive day. A big thank you to the entire WSB team for making this event such a success. WSB is well positioned for the future!
