The states provide online application forms for emergency assistance and tax deferrals, as well as other information.

Most government aid measures are coordinated and executed by the states, either because they are responsible for the tax offices and thus have to process the tax relief, or because they administer the emergency aid program set up by the federal government and sometimes supplement it with their own aid programs.
