Training - excellent!

With top grades of 1.4 and 1.5, our two colleagues delivered truly outstanding performances.

And not only that - they were quite rightly honored by the Chamber of Tax Consultants North Baden were rewarded for their success: both received a scholarship for further training!

A mega strong result from both of them. 👏

Training that connects

Aleks and Emilia have used the past few years to familiarize themselves with the complex professional field with great commitment, a constant love of learning and a sure feel for numbers and interrelationships. 🙌

We are particularly pleased that both will remain with us after graduation and continue to strengthen our teams on site. "This not only shows their commitment to the profession - but also to us as an employer," emphasizes Pasqual HaußmannPartner and Site Manager at WSB in Heidelberg, is absolutely delighted and proud of what our junior staff have achieved.

Growing together, working together

Individual support is important to us - for example through our buddy system in Mannheim. There Lisa Hahn, WSB tax consultant, as a permanent contact person for our junior employee Aleks Dudziak. "I felt well supported right from the start - both professionally and personally. The buddy system was a great help to me," she says looking back. She adds with a smile: "Maybe one day I'll be a 'buddy' myself."

Emilia Schierle also looks back on her training period: "I am grateful for the support I received from the team. It's a great feeling to have successfully completed this path and to be able to continue it at WSB."
