When the streets fill up in the evening, cheerful children's voices can be heard and a small sea of homemade lanterns floats through the streets, songs are sung and the atmosphere is somehow magical, then you know for sure that today is November 11. It is very much in the tradition of many lantern parades and the memory of St. Martin. For many, his efforts are a model of solidarity and mutual support. 

At WSB these are Values in the first place. As a team, we support each other, share knowledge and help each other to overcome challenges together. Because together we achieve more and can grow together. Especially in these times of uncertainty, confidence and solidarity are the greatest light we can share.
