On 26.09.2025, we celebrated this year's WSB Team Day in the unique ambience of the Ladenburg Estate. Between historic walls, a spacious park and charming courtyards, we spent a day full of encounters, exchanges and fun together.

After a warm welcome from our partners Jochen Hummel and Torsten Krennrich and an overview of the program by Nadja Neubig and Katrin Schumann, we started with a joint lunch.

Well fortified, they then embarked on a varied afternoon program: Nine different game stations in both the outdoor and indoor areas invited children to join in, cheer on or simply enjoy themselves - from volleyball and tug-of-war to darts and a scooter rally. For quieter moments, a game box with classics such as "Mensch-ärger-dich-nicht", "Halli Galli", "Tabu" or "Activity" was available.

What was particularly nice about this day was that our partners were right in the middle of it all - whether at game stations, barbecues or serving drinks - and were therefore always in direct contact with the teams.

The festive part followed in the evening: after a second reception, the main focus was on thanking the employees for their commitment over the past few months. Of course, our new colleagues were also warmly welcomed and introduced. The stylish Gräfin-von-Berckheim-Saal provided the perfect setting for the BBQ buffet that followed - the tempting aromas alone created enormous anticipation. 😉

Before the stage was completely given over to the party evening, there was a surprise that had been kept under wraps until then: the unveiling of the official band name of our previously nameless WSB band 😉: as tax.tunes, they sealed their name with an energetic performance before "Me and the Heat" took over the stage and created an exuberant atmosphere.

An all-round successful day that perfectly combined team spirit and good humor! Thanks to everyone who made it so special!
