According to the latest professional statistics from the German Federal Chamber of Tax Consultants, 88,995 tax consultants were active across Germany as at 01.01.2025 - including almost 39 % women. In 2024, 17,301 young professionals were trained.

Compared to the previous year, the number of tax consultants has therefore fallen by 1 %, while the number of new tax consultants has fallen by 0.3 %.
