WSB Klartext: No more abbreviation confusion - What does GWG actually mean here?

Do you know this? No matter how well your trusted tax firm means you in terms of comprehensibility:
There are always abbreviations that no layperson can decipher straight away. That's now a thing of the past, because here comes the new "Initiative KTfKK"! Please what?

Na "KIartext for law firm abbreviation." 😉 Today: GWG.

What do you think a tax person means when they talk about GWG?

- Desired salary limit?
- Very little profit?
- Do you need patience?

Far from it.

GWG stands for: Low-value asset.

These are smaller purchases such as office chairs, printers or tools that can be used independently and are below a certain value limit (currently EUR 800.00 net). They can be written off in full in the year of purchase - a small term with a big impact.
