Completing an apprenticeship is a significant step - and at WSB, we celebrate this milestone in style. For this reason, we not only sent our warmest congratulations to our graduates, but also surprised them with a small gift: a motif bathing duck in the graduates' design and a practical power bank to get them going with plenty of energy. 😉

"I'm super proud to have made it and I'm very happy about the recognition here at the company. The rubber duck now has a place of honor in my workplace," says Leticia Buss with a twinkle in her eye, who successfully completed her training as a tax clerk in 2024.

At the handover ceremony Michaela BesthornPartner and tax consultant at WSB's Mannheim office, praised the achievements of our young professionals: "Our graduates have done outstanding work during their training and have distinguished themselves through their commitment and team spirit. We are delighted to have them in our team. The gift is a token of our appreciation and a thank you for their commitment."

The handover took place in a personal, relaxed atmosphere, with lots of laughter and the opportunity to look back on the past years of training and talk about the future together.
